Aidtherm 756

Aidtherm 756
Aidtherm 756 is a mixture of polyether polyol, water, stabilizer, accelerator, etc., mixed with polymeric MDI at a ratio of 1.5:1, and then poured into the cavity between the steel pipe and the outer protective pipe to form rigid polyurethane Foam. The system is developed for directly buried insulated pipes whose temperature resistance does not exceed 130 degrees.
● The system contains all the additives and can be used directly
● The foam system has good fluidity and uniform density distribution
● The generated foam has low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength, good dimensional stability, and low water absorption
● When the steel pipe is preheated to 25-30℃, the foam and the steel pipe have strong adhesion
● The system matures quickly after generating foam, which can effectively shorten the demolding time
